Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with more than five business days prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 – 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for No Shows or cancellations made within two business days of the start of the class.  Filsan Team reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Somali Cultural training session at any time. If the worshop / training does not take place, a full refund will be issued to you or the registration fee may be transferred to another worshop in the future.
